Returns and refunds

Nothing here affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Change of mind

If you change your mind, you can return an unopened, unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Return postage is at your cost.

Faulty or incorrect items

If a product arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, email hello@sleeked.com.au within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it in full, including postage, and we will cover the cost of returning it.

Reactions and sensitivities

Cosmetic products affect people differently. If you have a reaction, stop using the product and contact us. We will refund an opened product in this situation.

How to start a return

Email hello@sleeked.com.au with your order number and what you would like to do. We will reply with the return address and next steps. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the item.
